•    CCTV Footage may also be utilised in association with Customer provided Data

•    Customer Financial Information (For use with off-site testing of software)

Directly from you, the Customer, when you apply for any of the following:


Software Development

I.T. Support

Remote Support Assistance

Hardware Replacement (Hard Drives Etc)

Quotations for Additional Services


All the above information is collected via various methods including remote access to the Customers Systems for support, via on-site retrieval of data for off-site testing, over the telephone, via email or through the post.



4. What do we use your personal data for?

We use your personal data, including any of the personal data listed in section 2 above, for the following purposes:

    Continued support for Customer contractual obligations

    Provision of new requests made to supply quotations for new services required

    Updating your Customer records

    To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, requirements and guidance
    
5. What are the grounds for our processing of your personal information?

   Where it is needed, to provide you with our products or services.

6. When do we share your personal information with other organisations?

We may share information with the following third parties for the purposes listed above:

Accurate selection of required parts for successful implementation of works carried out where parts are bespoke and require third party assistance or parts are off the shelf but to a specified design standard by the Customer, and other Business partners (for example, financial services), or others companies that are a part of providing your products and services or operating our business.
    
7. How and when can you withdraw your consent?

Your consent to process personal data is needed to provide the support and products offered, although you can withdraw this at any time by contacting us using the details below.

8. Is your personal information transferred outside the UK?

We’re based in the UK, and your data is not transferred to anywhere outside of the UK, although if the need arises for third party remote support assistance on-site this may at times be provided with your permission at each new assistance request

9. What should you do if your personal information changes?

You should tell us so that we can update our records via email, telephone or mail. We’ll then update your records.

10. Do you have to provide your personal information to us?

We’re unable to provide you with our products or services if you do not provide certain information to us. In cases where providing some personal information is problematic we will discuss this at the time for each and every individual determine the necessity of the information to provide our services.

Unless we explain otherwise to you, we’ll hold your personal information based on the following criteria:

For as long as we have reasonable business needs, such as providing support services with you and managing our operations, and then for a period of 7 years from the end of your support arrangements and in-line with our accounting practices.
